Machining Facility  

Our machine shop is fully dedicated for machining of our own castings produced at our various locations.
  • We have 6 CNC Vertical Milling Machines with ATM and a CNC Turning Center and several Conventional Milling Machines, Lathe Machines, Radial Drilling Machines etc.
  • We develop jigs and fixtures ourselves in-house as well as with our qualified subcontractor.
  • Our Machine shop has full fledged inspection facilities including digital height Master,
  • Surface table and other inspection measuring & testing equipments calibrated periodically as per QS 9000 standards and ISO 9001: 2008 standards.
  • Our internal as well as external training programs lead to a very robust & efficient machining program with well qualified man power & modern machine shop.
